two | two | one

       I think my passion for design started in about 1999/2000 when Trading Spaces on TLC was on every Friday or Saturday night. I would be home in my pajamas shouting at the television my design opinions. I really should have been out having fun with my friends- I mean c'mon, I was 9/10 what was I doing watching a design show when I should be riding bikes or playing in the dirt? I wouldn't change a thing looking back now. Although I shouldn't take any of their design techniques into my own home (everything was always so over the top), it really got me thinking about how a room can change and how it expresses the personality of a person or family.       I was constantly changing my room around and asking my parents to build me custom furniture because the furniture I had just didn't have the right features. It drove them crazy but I feel they were very supportive of my passion and went along with everything. Over the last 15 years...
